Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Strategic Intelligence Advisors (“we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through strategicintelligenceadvisors.com and through later email, phone, and text contact about a briefing or the advisory engagement. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or their own purposes. The only companies that handle it are service providers processing it on our instructions, named below, plus a disclosure the law itself requires.

Information you give us

• Name, work email, phone number if you provide one, company, title, annual revenue band, the subject of the briefing, and your message
• The consent you give, including the wording shown on the form, the page, and the time of the submission
• Email, text messages, and the contents of calls once we are in contact. We record calls and messages for every client interaction.
• A work email if you ask for occasional notes

Information collected automatically

The server that hosts this site may log an IP address, browser type, referring address, requested page, and time, so the site can be delivered and defended against abuse. The briefing form also receives campaign parameters and the referring page from your browser session, when those values exist, so a request can be tied to the page that sent you. We do not run analytics or advertising tags. See the cookie notice.

How we use it

• To read a briefing request and reply to it
• To contact you by email, phone, or text, including with automated systems and AI, when you have agreed to that contact
• To keep a complete record of the relationship, including recordings and consent
• To send occasional notes you asked for, and to honor an unsubscribe
• To detect abuse and to meet a legal duty

Service providers

These providers process information on our behalf. They are not authorized to sell it or to use it for their own marketing.

• GoHighLevel, also called LeadConnector. Form submissions are sent to the firm’s account there so we can create the contact record, reply, and continue email, text, and phone contact you agreed to. Location reference 0AdHKKDsoFNEDcCkV2xJ.
• The company that hosts this website, which may process server logs to deliver and protect the site
• An email delivery provider, only when one is configured, used to notify the firm of a submission. It does not receive the information for its own use.

If a law, court, or regulator requires a disclosure, we will make it. That is not a sale. If the firm is transferred, contact records may pass to the successor as business records, still under this policy.

Calls, messages, and AI

We record calls and messages for every client interaction, including phone calls, voicemail, text messages, and email. Recordings may be transcribed with automated tools and kept with the contact record.

We use artificial intelligence and automation to make and maintain contact. That can include drafting or sending email and text messages, placing or answering calls, transcribing recordings, and keeping the record current. An automated message can be wrong. Email and text messages

The briefing form has two boxes. The required box covers email and phone, including automated or AI-assisted calls and prerecorded or artificial voice, about your request and the advisory. A separate, optional box covers SMS and MMS. Checking one does not check the other. Neither consent is a condition of any purchase. The text program is described in the SMS Terms.

If you opt in to texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or email info@strategicintelligenceadvisors.com. Marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties. We do not sell mobile numbers.

How long we keep it

We keep contact information, correspondence, recordings, and consent records for the longest period the law allows, so the firm’s records stay consistent and complete. Where the law gives you a right to delete information, we honor it, except where the law lets us keep the record to document consent, meet a legal duty, secure the firm, or resolve a dispute.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information in transit and at rest. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is for adults in business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, correct, delete, or export personal information, to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, and to appeal a denial. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, and we do not use it for profiling that produces legal effects. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, including objection to direct marketing, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Similar access and correction rights may exist under Canadian and Australian law.

Email info@strategicintelligenceadvisors.com to make a request. We will verify it before acting. This site does not offer a self-service download or deletion page.

JayBen, LLC is a South Dakota limited liability company. Its mailing address is in the contact section below. Service providers named above may store information in the United States. If you submit information from outside the United States, it will be handled under this policy.
