Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and JayBen, LLC, a South Dakota limited liability company, doing business as Strategic Intelligence Advisors, for use of strategicintelligenceadvisors.com. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not submit the form. The Privacy Policy, Disclosures, SMS Terms, and cookie notice are part of these terms.

The site and the advisory relationship

The site describes one form of work: an ongoing advisory engagement for owners and executives on super intelligence. Reading the site, sending a briefing request, or exchanging email does not create that relationship. An advisory relationship exists only when it is agreed in writing. Nothing on the site is an offer that you can accept by using the form.

Communications, recording, and AI

Submitting the briefing form with the required consent box checked is your agreement that we may contact you by email and by phone at the addresses you provide, including with live people, automated systems, and AI. Calls and messages are recorded. Text messages are sent only if you check the separate text-message box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Details are in the Privacy Policy, the SMS Terms, and the Disclosures.

An automated or AI-assisted message can be wrong. It cannot create an advisory relationship or amend a written agreement. Email info@strategicintelligenceadvisors.com to reach a person.

Acceptable use

You may use the site to read it and to request a briefing. You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful
• Interfere with the site or another person’s use of it
• Probe or attempt to reach systems that are not public
• Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or send spam through a form
• Scrape the site for resale or model training without written permission

Intellectual property

The text, graphics, and marks on this site belong to JayBen, LLC or its licensors. You may read them and share links. You may not copy them for commercial use, or modify them, without written permission. The name Strategic Intelligence Advisors and the SI monogram are marks used by JayBen, LLC for this firm.

No advice from the website

Pages on this site are general information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and they are not themselves the advisory engagement. What follows for a company depends on that company. The site makes no promise of a result.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent the law allows, JayBen, LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site. Some places do not allow those limits, so they may not apply to you. If you are dissatisfied, stop using the site.

Your responsibility

You will indemnify JayBen, LLC, and its members, managers, and agents, against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your misuse of the site, information you submit, or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows

Governing law and venue

To the fullest extent the law allows, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration section below, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in South Dakota for disputes arising out of these terms or use of the site.

Binding arbitration

If a dispute arising out of these terms or the site cannot be resolved between us, it will be settled only by final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association, under its commercial rules, in South Dakota, or in another place the parties agree on in writing. The award is final and may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The arbitrator decides the entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this section. This section survives the end of these terms. Either party may still seek injunctive relief in a court in South Dakota to protect intellectual property or to stop misuse of the site.

Class-action waiver

Arbitration takes place on an individual basis. Class arbitrations and class, representative, or collective actions are not permitted. You and JayBen, LLC agree that a party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any putative class, collective, or representative proceeding. Unless both parties agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any representative or class proceeding. You and JayBen, LLC waive any right to a jury trial to the extent a claim is subject to this arbitration agreement. If a court decides that the law prevents enforcement of this waiver for a particular claim, that claim alone is severed and may be brought in a court in South Dakota. The rest of this section stays in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
