SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These terms cover the text messaging program of Strategic Intelligence Advisors. They are part of the Terms of Use and sit alongside the Privacy Policy. By checking the text-message box on the briefing form, you agree to them.

Program

The program name is Strategic Intelligence Advisors. Messages are about a briefing request and the firm’s advisory engagement: replies to what you sent, questions that clarify it, and scheduling a briefing. This is not a promotional blast list, and the site does not sell a product by text.

How you join

You opt in by checking the separate text-message box on the briefing form and providing a mobile number. That box is optional. Checking the other consent box, which covers email, phone, recordings, and AI, does not opt you in to texts. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase, and it is not required to request a briefing.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. The firm does not charge for these texts. Your carrier’s rates are your carrier’s.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out of further text messages. You will receive one confirmation, and then texts stop. Reply START if you want to opt in again. Reply HELP for help. You can also email info@strategicintelligenceadvisors.com.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device.

Mobile numbers and consent data

We do not sell mobile numbers. We do not share or sell mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or their own purposes. Service providers that deliver a message do so on our instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

Supported carriers and eligibility

The program is intended for U.S. mobile numbers. Participation requires a device that can receive SMS or MMS and a carrier that delivers them. The program follows U.S. carrier rules for application-to-person messaging, including A2P 10DLC, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
