The Discovery Call

The Discovery Call is the session with leadership after the Intelligence Assessment and before Scope and Agreement. It runs from two hours to a half day. We use it to test what the Assessment found and to set the focus of the work.

01

What we cover

We start from your Intelligence Assessment. The report, the score, and the heat map across the ten areas are the agenda. The call tests that reading against how the organization actually works, and it sets what the Intelligence Audit would look at.

  • Assessment results

Your score, the heat map across the ten areas, and the reading in the report

  • Goals

What you want AI and superintelligence to do, and what is driving that agenda

  • Departments, systems and vendors

What is already in play, including tools adopted outside the approved path

  • Regulatory footprint and sector

The jurisdictions where you operate, employ people or serve customers, and the sector you work in

  • Interviews and decision owners

Who we need to meet, and who holds the decisions that matter

  • Fit and scope

Whether the Intelligence Audit fits, and what its scope would be

02

Who should join

The Discovery Call is a session with leadership. Bring the people who can speak to the Assessment results and who own the decisions the report raises.

How to prepare

Complete the Intelligence Assessment before the call, and have the report with you. Know the departments, systems and vendors already in play, and the jurisdictions where you operate, employ people or serve customers.

04

What happens next

After the call, the next step is Scope and Agreement. We write the scope: the focus, the people we meet, and the records we need. It is agreed in writing.
