Superintelligence consulting for the organizations it will change first

Superintelligence consulting is advice for organizations operating alongside systems that match or exceed human expertise across many tasks. Superintelligence is here now. We help private, public, government, and non-profit organizations in the United States audit their exposure, architect how it runs inside the organization, and govern it safely.

What superintelligence means for an organization today

Superintelligence, as we use the word, means systems that can match or exceed the best people at reasoning, planning, and judgment across most of the work an organization does. It is not a label for a single automated task. The change is where decisions are made, and who is accountable for them once a system can make the call. That change is underway now. We do not brief it as a scenario for a later decade.

Organizations already meet it in ordinary places. A draft that used to take a specialist. A recommendation that staff treat as the decision. A vendor feature that quietly widened what the system may do. A pilot that became the way a division works. Superintelligence consulting starts by naming those uses, not by predicting a breakthrough. The organizations it reaches first are the ones whose decisions are frequent, consequential, and already being assisted.

The consulting question is how to run safely with that fact. Safely means an owner, a limit, a record, and a person who still answers. It does not mean a ban, and it does not mean adoption as a goal. Some uses should expand. Some should narrow. Some should stop. A superintelligence consultant who arrives with the answer already chosen is selling a program, not advice.

Executive Order 14434

On September 29, 2026 the President signed an executive order, published in the Federal Register on October 2, that tells federal executive agencies to use a different name in official non-statutory communications. The order writes that name as Super Intelligence (SI). Our own copy stays with one word, superintelligence, because that is the term we use for the capability. The order is about federal language. It is not a private mandate, and it does not by itself rewrite the statute.

What the order does, and what it does not do, is set out in our note on Executive Order 14434, with links to the Federal Register and the White House text. Government organizations that publish non-statutory documents inside the executive branch should read that note before they treat the rename as either nothing or everything. Companies and non-profits should read it so they do not copy a federal style rule that does not bind them, and so they are not surprised when a federal reader uses the new name.

The operational questions do not change with the name. Where do these systems touch decisions, data, and obligations. Who holds each decision. What record shows control. Those are the questions a superintelligence consulting engagement answers, whether or not a document uses the federal spelling.

What a superintelligence consultant does

We do three things, and they are the same three services as the rest of the firm, aimed at this class of system. We audit exposure: where the systems already sit, what they are allowed to decide, and what could go wrong. We architect how the use runs: the operating model, the boundary between recommendation and decision, and the controls. We advise the people who remain accountable, and we stay when the capability or the rule changes.

A week of the work looks like reading how a decision is actually made, not how the chart says it is made. It looks like marking the places a system has already taken the pen. It looks like telling a leader which of those places can continue, which need an owner they do not have, and which should be pulled back. It does not look like a model comparison or a tools shortlist, unless a specific procurement is the question in front of you.

A federal reader after the executive order, a state agency the order does not bind, a public company worried about disclosure, and a non-profit worried about the people it serves are not the same client. All of them are in the United States. The standard of knowing where the system sits is the same. The record we help you keep is not.

The superintelligence audit

The engagement starts with an audit unless you already have a current written position we can rely on. A superintelligence audit is an independent review of where these systems touch decisions, data, and obligations, what could go wrong, and what must change first. It ends with a ranked list and a plan for the first changes, not with a slide tour. The fuller account is the AI audit.

Findings we expect to discuss, when they are true, include uses nobody named an owner for, recommendations staff cannot overrule in practice, vendor terms that move your data into someone else's retention, and policies that describe a calmer organization than the one we walked. We write those down. We do not soften them into a maturity score.

From the audit, architecture designs the operating model and the controls. Advisory keeps leadership current. Governance, when the gap is oversight rather than the design of the work, is AI governance consulting. All of it sits under AI consulting.

05

What you hold when it is done

We do not add a phase after the design is in operation. Standing counsel is part of carrying the design, not a sequel. What you hold is a written position, then a decision and control design, then that design running with its owner. The engagement page is the longer account. This page stays with the class of system.

Scope is agreed in writing after a briefing. We do not publish a fee. We do not promise a regulatory outcome, and we do not claim that following the federal rename makes an organization safe. Request a briefing and tell us the decision that is already moving.

Questions about the capability

What is superintelligence consulting?

It is advice for organizations that already operate alongside systems capable of matching or exceeding human expertise across many tasks. We audit the exposure, design how the use runs, and govern it. Superintelligence is here now. The work is not a forecast.

What does a superintelligence consultant do?

We find where those systems already shape decisions, say what should change first, design who holds each decision, and stay with leadership as the capability changes. We do not sell a model, and we do not arrive with the adoption decision already made.

Is this the same as AI consulting?

It is the same firm and the same three steps, aimed at systems that take on judgment across many tasks rather than a single automated chore. Many organizations need both, because they have ordinary tools and this class of system at the same time. The hub is the AI consulting page.

What does the federal rename require of us?

Read the order before you copy it. It directs federal executive agencies on language in non-statutory documents. It does not by itself bind private companies or non-profits, and it does not rewrite the statute. Our note on the order cites the Federal Register and the White House text.

What is a superintelligence audit?

An independent review of where these systems touch decisions, data, and obligations, with the risks ranked and a written position on what to change first. It is not a certification and not a score against other organizations.

Who is this for?

Private, public, government, and non-profit organizations in the United States whose decisions are already being shaped by these systems, or who are about to sign something that would do so. Leadership remains accountable. We do not take that accountability off the organization.

How do we start?

Request a briefing and describe the decision that is moving. We read every request and reply to the work email you give us. Scope, including whether the first step is the audit, is agreed in writing after that conversation.

Run safely with what is already here

Describe the decision these systems are already shaping. We read it before we propose a written scope.
